Being waitlisted means we're at capacity in your area. You'll be notified as soon as a spot opens up. Waitlisted applicants are reviewed on a rolling basis.

IMPERIA offers both free and premium membership tiers. Free members get access to daily curated profiles and basic messaging. Premium members unlock additional features like incognito mode, unlimited discoveries, and priority in the queue.

Go to your profile settings and follow the identity verification flow. You'll need to upload a government-issued ID and take a selfie. The process is quick and your documents are encrypted.

Yes. You can blur your photos so they're only revealed to connections. You can enable incognito mode (premium) to browse without appearing in discovery feeds. Location is always city-level only.

Navigate to your Profile page from the sidebar menu. Tap "Edit Profile" to update your bio, photos, interests, and other details. Photo changes are subject to our moderation review.

Each day, you receive a curated selection of profiles based on your location and preferences. We intentionally limit the number to encourage thoughtful consideration rather than mindless swiping.

The other person will see your full profile and can choose to accept or decline. If they accept, messaging is unlocked for both of you. Requests expire after 7 days if not responded to.

Messaging requires a mutual connection — both people must accept the request. This ensures every conversation starts from mutual interest and eliminates unwanted messages.

You can report someone from their profile page or from within a conversation. Select the reason for your report and provide any additional details. All reports are confidential and reviewed by our team.

Open the person's profile and select the block option. They won't be able to see your profile, send you requests, or message you. Blocking is silent — they won't be notified.

Our trust & safety team reviews every report. Depending on the severity, actions may include warnings, suspension, or permanent bans. You'll be kept anonymous throughout the process.

Premium members get unlimited discoveries, incognito mode, priority request delivery, advanced profile insights, and enhanced visibility in the discovery queue.

Elite members receive everything in Premium plus concierge matchmaking, highest profile visibility, richer viewer insights, priority support, and exclusive event access.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership from the Settings page at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Sign in to your account and you'll see your current status on the waitlist page. Statuses include Under Review, Waitlisted, and Approved.

Your application cannot be edited once submitted, but you can update your profile fully after being accepted.

We review applications based on community fit, completeness, and capacity. If you're not accepted initially, you may be waitlisted and reconsidered as spots open.
